TITLE: Inertia CHARACTERS: Subaru NOTES: 100 word drabble. SUMMARY:Subaru moves through life in a straight line and at a constant speed. INERTIA
Inertia is what carries Subaru through life. He moves in a straight path, doing what he has always done since that frozen instant when his twin died. He visits his grandmother, exhausts himself with too many exorcisms in too few days, and hunts. He does not eat, does not sleep; instead he lives on cigarettes and memories.
There is only one outside force strong enough to change Subaru’s constant state. When Subaru meets that force, there will be a loss of energy so great that it will result in death.
